Who may apply: New and emerging writers at least 18 years old

How to apply

Submit the following:

(1) Any of the following collection of works specified below:
—–3-5 poems
—–2-3 short stories (3,000-10,000 word count each)
—–2-3 creative nonfiction pieces or literary essays (3,000-10,000 word count each)

(2) A resume/CV of the applicant
Other mechanics:
—–Submitted works MUST be original or unpublished
—–May be written in Philippine languages such as Ibaloy, Kankanaey, Tingguian, Bontoc, Ifugao, Kalinga, Isneg, Gaddang, Ibanag, Ivatan, Itawes, Karao, Kalanguya, Iowak, Isinay, Kapampangan, Ilokano, Pangasinan, Filipino, etc., or in English.

—–If written in a Philippine language other than Filipino, the work must be accompanied with a translation in either Filipino or English
