MADRIGAL-GONZALEZ BEST FIRST BOOK AWARDS
The Madrigal-Gonzalez Best First Book Award (MGBFBA), a collaboration with the Likhaan Foundation, started in 2001, alternately awarding first works by emergent authors in English and in Filipino. It is judged by some of the most notable and awarded writers and critics in the country.
